At Brussels Airport the exact meeting point depends on your terminal and gate. To avoid confusion we use a simple and reliable system: we track your flight live, you receive your driver's direct phone number in advance, and our driver waits at the exit of your arrivals hall with a sign showing your name.
You receive your driver's direct number by email and SMS, one day before your flight. Your driver also contacts you personally before the ride, so you always know who is waiting for you and where. No searching, no confusion — just a clear plan for your arrival.
Immediately after baggage and customs, walk to the exit of the arrivals hall. Your driver is there, in suit, with a sign clearly showing your name. He helps with your luggage and escorts you to the vehicle — professional, discreet and stress-free.

Flight delayed? No extra cost, no stress.
Brussels Airport is a busy hub. Long passport queues, late baggage or a delayed flight can shift your arrival time significantly. For our customers, this is never a problem.
We track your flight in real-time from the moment of departure. As soon as you land our system automatically adjusts your driver's arrival time. You get 60 minutes of free waiting on top — more than enough to clear passport, baggage and customs without stress.
