Taxi Almere to Schiphol Airport

Cheap taxi from Almere to Amsterdam Schiphol — door-to-door, from €72, 24/7.

Door-to-door private car from any Almere district to the Schiphol departures hall

Leaving Flevoland before sunrise is a great deal easier when the car is already waiting in your street. Reserving one here takes roughly a minute, the confirmation reaches your inbox straight away, and ahead of the trip you are sent the name, mobile number and licence plate of the driver assigned to you, whose car you can follow live on the morning itself. Nothing is added to the total afterwards and we drive at every hour of the night. Almere is one of the youngest cities in the Netherlands, laid out on polder land reclaimed from the former Zuiderzee, and its districts sit far apart: Almere Stad around the bold modern centre and Almere Centrum station, Almere Buiten to the east, the low-rise harbour quarter of Almere Haven on the water, and Almere Poort facing the IJmeer. That spread is precisely what makes a five o'clock departure by train awkward, since the early timetable is thin and you would still have to change in Amsterdam with your cases. Our driver comes to your own front door instead, loads the luggage and heads out on the A6 over the Hollandse Brug, then west along the A1 and onto the A9, which skirts Amstelveen on its way to the airport. Reckon on about 40 km and, at that hour, 30 to 45 minutes to the kerb of the departures hall rather than a distant car park. It is the sensible choice for a dawn business flight, for a family holiday flight with a pushchair and four suitcases, and for anyone out by the Flevoziekenhuis or the Muziekwijk who would rather not set a three o'clock alarm and gamble on a taxi rank. A private car starts from €91, counted per vehicle and never per seat.

Transparent Pricing

A private transfer from Almere to Schiphol Airport starts from €91, and that covers the whole vehicle rather than each traveller in it. What you end up paying depends on which Almere street we collect you from and the size of car your party needs, and the booking module works it out the instant both addresses are in, whether you book at four in the morning or at four in the afternoon.

The amount shown at the moment of booking is the one you pay, with nothing tacked on at the end of the ride. A child seat or extra luggage space can be requested in advance, and the cancellation terms are shown in the booking module before you confirm. You can pay online beforehand or pick one of the other payment options offered at checkout.

Why Almere travellers book this run with us

You book directly online and see the full amount before you confirm, so there is no guesswork about the price. The car turns up in your street at the agreed minute, the driver already knows how the A6 and A9 behave at five in the morning, and the sum quoted while you book is the sum you pay. Reservations are taken around the clock and take about a minute, so even a trip arranged late the evening before is no problem.

Frequently Asked Questions

How early should I be picked up in Almere for a morning flight?

Work back from the time your airline wants you at check-in, usually two hours before a European flight and three before an intercontinental one, then add the 30 to 45 minutes the drive normally takes plus a margin for traffic on the A9. Choose the pickup time with that buffer built in.

Do you drive at three or four in the morning?

Yes. The service runs day and night, seven days a week and on public holidays, which is the whole point of this route for anyone catching a first-wave departure out of Schiphol.

Which terminal entrance do you drop me at?

Schiphol has a single terminal with departure halls 1, 2 and 3. Tell the driver your airline and you are set down on the departures level as close as possible to the entrance for your check-in area.

What does the ride from Almere cost?

From €91 for a private car, priced for the whole vehicle. The exact figure appears in the booking module once your pickup street and passenger count are filled in, and nothing is added later.

Can you collect from Almere Haven or Almere Poort as well?

Every part of the municipality is covered, Stad, Buiten, Haven, Poort and the outlying streets alike. The pickup point is the address you type in, not a central meeting spot.

How many suitcases fit in the car?

That depends on the vehicle. Enter your number of passengers and cases while booking and the module shows which cars suit; for skis, golf clubs or a larger party, simply choose one of the bigger vehicles.

How do I know the driver is really coming?

The confirmation arrives by email the moment you book, the driver's name, mobile number and licence plate follow before the day itself, and live tracking lets you watch the car approach your street.
