Collected in Schiphol arrivals and driven directly to your address in Beersel

Hauling your cases down to the platforms at Schiphol and working out Dutch and Belgian train connections is a poor reward for crossing an ocean. Arrange the road leg beforehand instead: a private car reserved online in roughly a minute, confirmed on the spot, the price agreed while you are still at home, and the driver's name, mobile number and licence plate sent to you ahead of the pickup. The car shows on a live map, nothing is added afterwards, and we operate through the night as well as through the day. At Amsterdam Schiphol your driver is in the arrivals hall holding a sign with your name on it. He has your flight number, so an early landing or a two-hour delay changes nothing, and the first hour of waiting after touchdown costs nothing. Then it is one car, one road, all the way south. The route leaves the Randstad, runs down past Rotterdam and Breda, crosses into Belgium and follows the Antwerp motorway to the Brussels ring before dropping into the Senne valley: roughly 201 km, generally two to two and a half hours. Beersel is the green municipality just south of the capital, made up of Beersel, Lot, Huizingen, Dworp and Alsemberg, known for its medieval moated castle, the provincial park at Huizingen and gueuze breweries that draw visitors of their own. Whether you are coming home jet-lagged or arriving as a visitor, you are set down at the exact address, not at the nearest station. A taxi from Amsterdam Schiphol to Beersel starts at €342 for a car for up to three passengers.

Transparent Pricing

The journey from Amsterdam Schiphol to Beersel starts at €342 for a private car for up to three passengers, quoted for the vehicle rather than per head. The precise amount depends on which address in the municipality you are heading for, and the booking module produces it immediately. Nights and weekends carry no supplement.

That amount already includes live flight monitoring, sixty minutes of free waiting after landing and free cancellation up to 24 hours before the pickup. Nothing is added on the road. Payment is in cash or by card with the driver, or online before you travel.

Why Arrange the Schiphol Run in Advance

After ten hours in the air, the value of a driver already standing in arrivals with your name is hard to overstate. We are a Belgian company with more than ten years of this work, booked directly so no platform commission inflates the fare, and there is no meter ticking through two hours of motorway. The bags are lifted for you, the Mercedes is comfortable enough to sleep in, and what you agreed when you booked is what you pay once you reach Beersel, whatever time of night that is.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where will the driver be standing at Schiphol?

In the arrivals hall, in view of the exit doors, holding a sign with your name on it. You also have his mobile number from the confirmation email in case you come out somewhere unexpected.

My flight may land late. What happens then?

We follow your flight number, so the driver simply arrives later. Waiting for the first hour after touchdown is included.

How long is the drive down to Beersel?

About two to two and a half hours for the 201 km, with the Randstad and the stretch around Antwerp deciding whether it is at the quick or the slow end.

Can we be dropped somewhere other than Beersel centre?

Yes. Lot, Huizingen, Dworp and Alsemberg are all part of the municipality and we drive to the door. Enter the full address when booking.

Is there room for a group with a lot of luggage?

Choose a van in the booking module instead of the standard car. Capacity and price appear together for each vehicle, so you can see what fits before you decide.

What does this transfer cost?

From €342 for a car for up to three people, with the exact amount for your destination calculated in the booking module before you confirm.

Do you also drive the outbound trip from Beersel to Schiphol?

We do, with a pickup at your own door at whatever hour your flight requires.
