From €438 covers the car itself, up to three passengers, for the whole trip from Brussels Airport to Leeuwarden rather than a price each. The final amount follows from your destination address in or around the city and from how many are travelling, so a group of five arriving with a trolley of cases sees the van rate instead. The booking module calculates it on the spot. A landing at two in the morning or on a bank holiday is charged the same as a midday one.

The amount already contains live flight monitoring, sixty minutes of free waiting after touchdown and free cancellation up to 24 hours before the agreed time. Child seats are free if you ask for them in advance. You may pay online before you travel or hand it to the driver in cash or by card at the end.

Where do I find my driver after landing at Brussels Airport?

In the arrivals hall next to the Java Coffee shop, holding a sign with your name on it. You do not need to call ahead or find a taxi rank outside.

My luggage always takes ages. How long will the driver wait?

Sixty minutes after landing are free, and that clock starts at the real touchdown time because we track the flight. If a bag goes missing and the wait runs longer, phone the driver on the number you were sent.

How long does it take to reach Leeuwarden from Zaventem?

Roughly 183 to 228 minutes for the 312 km, mostly depending on the Antwerp ring. The driver goes directly to your address, so there are no other pickups eating into the time.

Can the driver drop two of us at different addresses in Leeuwarden?

Yes, mention it when booking and the second address goes into the order. It works best when both addresses are in the same part of the city, for instance a hotel in the centre and a house in Huizum or Bilgaard.

What if I land in the middle of the night?
