Back from holiday: collected in the Zaventem arrivals hall and driven home to Grimbergen, luggage and all
Coming home should be the easy part of the trip. Reserve your transfer online in roughly a minute, get your confirmation straight away and, before you land, the name, phone number and number plate of the driver who will collect you; the car can be followed live, costs are shown up front with nothing added later, and we drive around the clock. After the flight you walk out of customs at Brussels Airport and find your driver waiting beside the Java Coffee shop in the arrivals hall, holding a sign with your name. From there Grimbergen is practically next door: about 15 km, normally 20 to 35 minutes, via the Ring and Vilvoorde to your address, whether that is a house near the Norbertine abbey in the centre, a street in Strombeek-Bever close to the Brussels border, or a quieter corner of Humbeek or Beigem. We had families returning from holiday in mind when writing this: two adults, tired children, a pushchair and more suitcases than on the way out. Tell us how many bags you have and choose a bigger car if needed, so everything fits in one go and nobody has to wait for a second taxi. Your flight number is tracked, so a late arrival is not a problem. A transfer from Brussels Airport to Grimbergen costs from €45 per vehicle for up to three passengers, not per person.

Where will I find my driver at Brussels Airport?
In the arrivals hall, next to the Java Coffee shop, holding a sign with your name. It is right where you come out after collecting your bags.
We have a lot of luggage and a pushchair. Will it fit?
Let us know the number of passengers and bags when booking and choose a larger vehicle if necessary. Every car lists its own price, so you can compare before confirming.
What if our flight lands late?
Your flight number is followed live, so the driver adjusts to the real landing time and waits up to 60 minutes after touchdown at no extra cost.
How long is the ride home to Grimbergen?
Around 15 km, usually 20 to 35 minutes depending on traffic on the Ring around Brussels.
How much does it cost and does the price go up for more people?
From €45 for a car with up to three passengers. The fare is per vehicle; a bigger group simply books a bigger car, with the price shown in advance.
Can we be dropped off in Humbeek or Beigem instead of the centre?
Of course. We drive to any address in the municipality, including Strombeek-Bever, Humbeek and Beigem.
